Jacob Sampson is a seasoned Builder, Land developer, licensed fund manager, and investor with a strong track record of delivering and exiting successful projects. With extensive expertise in multiple markets across the country such as Texas, Washington state and now specifically Florida real estate market, he has discovered patterns, needs and commonalities of all facets of residential and commercial development. Jacob specializes in identifying undervalued properties with high growth potential and overall sound solid deals. As the founder and leader of SIG Fund, Jacob oversees strategic direction, investment decisions, and daily operations, driving the fund’s continued growth and performance.

Bruce Methvan
Bruce Methven of Methven & Associates provides legal counsel to SIG Fund. With fervent dedication to assisting businesses in navigating intricate legal landscapes, Bruce has a successful history in both advisory and advocacy roles. He remains a pivotal figure in shaping the convergence of law and business. Having pursued undergraduate studies at MIT for two years, Bruce obtained his B.A. from UC Berkeley. Established in 1994, he specializes in private placement offerings, real estate syndications, corporations and partnerships, leases, contracts, litigation, and the collection of commercial debts.

Cherif Medawar is a seasoned real estate fund manager with over 25 years of successful investment experience in residential and commercial space and 14+ years managing real estate funds. He oversees more than $100 million in assets across the U.S. and its territories.
